4 - Week Essentials Pilates Series

A focused, progressive 4-week small-group Pilates mat program designed to build strength, control, and deep core engagement while improving hypermobility awareness and joint stability. Each week builds gradually on the last, allowing your body to develop strength and confidence safely and sustainably.

A new program begins every month. Sessions are offered multiple days per week, and you can choose the schedule that works best for you! Classes are available both remotely and in person. Each week builds progressively on the previous one, and exercise handouts will be provided. All classes in a given week use the same material, and classes are taught by our wonderful instructors - Emily, Haven or Cecily.

You can choose to attend 1 class per week ($135) or 2 classes per week ($249). Class times are:

  • Tuesdays at 5:30pm

  • Wednesdays 1pm 

  • Wednesdays 7pm 

  • Thursdays at 5:30pm

  • Fridays 7am

  • Sundays at 11:30am


Group Pilates and MELT Classes for EDS & Hypermobility

We offer group Pilates-based classes and MELT classes specially designed for those with hypermobility. All in-person classes (excecpt Sunday at 10am classes) are at our clinic, 233 Harvard Street, Brookline. Sunday at 10am pilates classes are at Salsa y Control, Allston. Group Class Descriptions

Sunday Large Group Pilates

Our Sunday classes combine mindfulness and pilates principles to enhance alignment, deepen core engagement, and improve body awareness in the hypermobile body

•Sundays 10am•

A fascia-based class to help individuals with hypermobility restore balance and resilience using uses gentle techniques and specialized soft tools, such as balls and rollers.

•Sundays 12:30pm • Tuesdays 6:30pm • Thursdays 6:30pm•

MELT Method Classes

Packages and plans

  • Our class is designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The instructor will offer modifications to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.

  • Please bring a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. You may bring your own mat and towel or use ours!

  • We offer private PT, pilates, and coaching services at our clinic in Coolidge Corner. Just get in touch to schedule!

FAQs

  • Yes, large group classes have is a maximum of 15 in-person participants and small group classes have a maximum of 4 in-person participants, first come first served.

  • If you have any specific health concerns or conditions, please consult with your health care provider. Also, free free to get in touch with us so that we can discuss your situation.

  • Sunday classes are drop in - please feel free to come to as many as you would like. Essential Pilates is a 4 week program with 4 classes per month or 8 classes per month

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You are welcome to reschedule your class 24 hours or more in advance.
