
Group Pilates Classes for EDS & Hypermobility
We offer group Pilates-based classes specially designed for those with hypermobility. Weekday in-person classes are at our clinic, 233 Harvard Street, Brookline. A focused, dynamic small group pilates mat class that builds strength, control, and deep core engagement by combining Pilates movement with
hypermobile awareness.

Our class is designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The instructor will offer modifications to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.

Please bring a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. You may bring your own mat and towel or use ours!

Yes, large group classes have is a maximum of 15 in-person participants and small group classes have a maximum of 5 in-person participants, first come first served.

No, each class is drop in - please feel free to come to as many as you would like.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You are welcome to reschedule your class 24 hours or more in advance.
