What is MELT?

The MELT Method is a fascia-focused, science-based self-care practice that can help individuals with hypermobility restore balance and resilience from the inside out. Using uses gentle techniques and specialized soft tools, such as balls and roller, the MELT Method:

  • Improves nervous system regulation and vagal tone

  • Enhances joint stability and proprioception

  • Promotes lymphatic flow and tissue hydration

  • Reduces pain reduction and promotes recovery after activity

What to expect in class:

Join us for 50 min of simple, guided sequences using specialized soft rollers and hand/foot therapy balls. All movements are adaptable and performed at a slow, mindful pace. This class is ideal for individuals with hypermobility, chronic pain, or those seeking low-impact ways to build resilience and awareness.

About Haven Daniels

Haven Daniels is a Level 5 MELT Instructor, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Pilates Teacher and 500-Hour Yoga Instructor with nearly 30 years of experience in education. Diagnosed with hypermobility, Haven brings a personal and professional understanding of what it means to move with sensitivity, awareness, and support.
