  • Dates: October 5 – December 15

  • Cost: Early Bird: $550 (register by August 15) • Regular Price: $610

What’s Included:

  • 10 Weeks of Guided Movement & Mindfulness Classes
    Live Classes will be held every Sunday from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, remotely or in-person at Salsa y Control in Allston MA. Recordings will be sent after each session for those who are unable to attend in person.

  • Weekly Home Exercises & Resources
    Access weekly exercises and mindfulness sessions, updated each week based on the topic.

  • 2 Movement Coaching Sessions with Dr. Dana Arie
    You’ll have two 45-minute movement coaching sessions with Dr. Dana Arie (Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor) to focus on your unique movement needs. One session will take place at the beginning of the program, and the other will be scheduled during the program. Sessions are available virtually or in-person at our Coolidge Corner Clinic, at a time that works for you.

  • 2 Health Coaching Sessions with Cecily Wardell Rosen
    During these two 45-minute sessions, Cecily will help you explore your health goals and well-being strategies. These sessions are available virtually or in-person, based on your preference.

  • Private Support Community
    Access a dedicated, private group for ongoing support and connection with fellow participants.

  • Open Chat: Communicate directly with the MotionMindFlow team during business hours for any questions or concerns about the exercises or your progress.
